GO GO GO

GO SHORTY
IT'S MY BIRTHDAY

So yeah we celebrate this special day by filling out another little questionaire, 15-year-old-blogger-style. YEAH!

Finish the sentences

Finish the sentences. Some may be uncomfortable, but you'll manage. Repost it as "Finish the sentences" when you're done!

1. I've come to realize that my last kiss... was a bit rushed.

2. I am listening to... people at work talking.

3. I talk... like a normal person.

4. I love... my family and my cats.

5. My best friend/s... are never far away, even when they are in other countries.

6. My first real kiss... was nice.

7. Love is… retarded.

8. Marriage is... even more retarded.

9. Somewhere, someone is thinking... about new energy sources.

10. I'll always... hate onions.

11. The last time I really cried was... yesterday when I thought about my cats.

12. My mobile phone ring tone is ... catchy.

13. When I wake up in the morning... I might be a bit hungover, and if I'm really lucky my boyfriend will be beside me.

14. Before I go to bed… I should remember to take out my contacts.

15. Right now I am thinking... that I miss my family today, and that my workmates are great, 'cause they give me cake.

16. Babies are... scary.

17. I get on Myspace... never.

18. Today I miss... well, obviously my family, my friends in Sweden, my cats, everyone who isn't here.

19. Tomorrow... I'll have a little party, feel free to pop by!

20. I really want to be... in Sweden at the moment.

21. Someone that will most likely repost this is... no one at all.

There you go, that wasn't so bad was it? I'm so grown up... Boring answers. Sheesh.

just one more day

Woooooo tomorrow I'm 25!

Some last minute tips: I want pretty much anything from this shop.

So I haven't been posting in ages I know. I have been trying but I got a total blogger's block. Blocker. Well. Nothing very interesting has happened but I'll update you on what's been going on anyways:

I have been working, as usual. It's okay.

I am pretty poor this month. I will probably be poor next month too. It sucks. I can't really do stuff.

Joe and I went to see Baby Gramps on sunday. He was a genius. A very old genius.

I saw Harry Potter on sunday as well. The latest movie. It was scary and sad and good.

I put in a contraceptive implant yesterday. It didn't hurt even though the syringe was as big a a pen. Hurts now though.

Sandra comes to cork on sunday and that's like the best thing ever.

I miss Sweden a lot. I miss my cat's. Jupiter needs a new home, maybe I won't ever see him again. This makes me almost cry.

The doctor gave me nasal spray for my snoring. Hope it helps.

So I think that is pretty much it. Tonight me and Hannah are going to see a Swedish movie and eat Swedish pea soup today.

The end.

wishes

So people have started asking what I want for my birthday. There's a list in the sidebar there but I'll tell you right here anyways.
  • Electric Picnic tickets
  • debts payed
  • sewing machine
  • a tattoo
  • a nice backgammon board
  • a digital system camera
  • Adobe Photoshop
...or if you don't feel like spending shitloads of money, get me stuff from Lush (like the shampoo Big) or a voucher at Urban Decay or crafty stuff like yarn in beautiful colours or paintbrushes or Sims 3 or a decent gamer mouse or vouchers at Vibes & Scribes or cinema tickets or a nice dinner. (Although I guess a nice backgammon board doesn't have to cost a shitload of money.)

So there's not a lot of news or I would post more often. Joe is still a good guy and he still makes me smile and I like being with him. My last trip to Sweden was, as mentioned, horrible, stressful and sad but I also met some wonderful people who made up for stress and angst. Sandra (Sandy Twotimes), Ida, my baby sister Kajsa and her wonderful mother Ulrika, beautiful Hannah, Kristoffer, and others. You guys are all so rockn'roll and I don't know what I would do without you. (I would deffo fail at moving anyways.)

Yesterday me and Joe went to see Coraline (after like a hundred years I finally got to see it! In an empty theatre no less!) and I LOVED it and he liked it more than he thought he would so that's all win. I want to make little me-dolls now. Then we celebrated the 4th of july with a BBQ in his backyard, with his housemate Danny the American. Good times. Went out after and even though I was drinking from like five in the afternoon untill one at night I never got drunk, just a bit of a headache. Had lot's of fun though, lot's more fun than I usually have when I go out, mainly just because I was in a really good mood. So I would say a very good weekend.

And listen all of you who I invited to come over: I MEAN IT! It looks like it will be a while untill I visit Sweden again, sadly. So here's some advice: if you're flying from the south of Sweden, fly from Copenhagen. Check flights at Skyscanner.net.

So now I think I'll tidy up a bit in my room and then I might drag my ass to the gym.

Listening to: Spotify. Specifically today: Mozart and Jolie Holland.

---EDIT---
My mother mentioned that I did not mention Robin in my list of people that I met up with while I was home. She is right of course, he was both fun to meet and a big help - as always. And he let me play with the forge! Robin is awesome and I hope, Robin, that if you read this you did not feel forgotten.

Sorry about that.

upcoming events

Okay I'm a bit early but I want this ring for my birthday! Or a tattoo.

Joe cut all his hair off. Lucky for me he is still handsome. Maybe looks a bit more criminal now but I would'nt tell him that.

Hannah dissed the girls night for football. But I can still help Maria pack - she's going to Sweden tomorrow - and maybe paint my own toenails, or something.

I made it to the gym this morning! Love myself.

rich

I got everything really. I can't think of anything better than spending the evening with a couple of good friends (Johan and Olof), watching a very very good movie (Romero's Diary of the Dead), eating my favourite food (peking duck from Eva House of course) and my favourite ice cream (B&J's Caramel Chew Chew).

Spending a couple of hours listening to music and talking shit about nothing at all is also great stuff.

And oh! I made someone happy today! Maybe the best thing ever. "Best christmas present in 27 years" could be the best review I've ever got.

My first day working "for real" (not that I had a clue what I was doing or anything) went rather well. Everyone was very helpful and nice.

Also I've decided what I'm going to do with all my stuff in Sweden. Since it doesn't look like I'm going back I'll get rid of most of it. Give it away probably, maybe sell some, throw some away. So; if you're in Lund this spring, and you want free stuff (and trust me, I've got some nice stuff) just let me know. If you want to buy stuff that's okay too.

Less than one week to Maria's birthday now. 21 - internationally all grown up. I've got five days to find a perfect perfect gift, since that's what she always get's me.

Shit.

Well. Going to get myself a couple of gifts too. T-Shirt Hell is closing down.

Just wish the nightmares would give me a break. Seriously. So much death and pain and stuff going wrong and everything is absurd. Things breaking.

Listening to: Party Ben bootleg mashups. Like Drop It Like It's A Whole Lotta Love.

Lund

So, I am back in the city that saw me grow up. It's morning and I am awake and I've been sorting e-mails and... uhm... that's all I've done actually. Today is totally packed plan-wise! Extremely much to do!

Yesterday was great, met Tom for a quick hug (going to hang out properly with him later today) and then walked home with Maia. Great seeing her again! And today is her birthday!

Last night I had lovely dinner at Hannah's, 'cause it was her birthday (and on Sunday it's Irena's) and we stayed up 'till kinda late, drinking wine and playing silly dare-games. Hannah is such a lovely friend.

Now I have to do lot's of stuff.

ADIOS, SUCKERS!

One hour left! Then I'm off on vacation for six weeks!!! Woohooo!

And my dad has decided to give me a laptop for my birthday!

All is well.

But I still think about you all the time.

another year older...

But actually not deeper in debt this time. I'm getting somewhere. My life is actually changing, I think. Pretty soon I will be free, and I will start saving money. And maybe buy a pc. Or go to America. Or both.

I won't stop hoping though.

Thanks everyone for thinking about me and congratulating me and giving me stuff. All my presents rock so far.

second floor

Nightmares. Yes. But they actually contain other stuff. I dreamt I shot someone. In the head, four entering wounds in the back of the head and four exit wound in the forehead. Small wounds. He didn't die though. He fell to the floor and I ran away with the machine gun. And I turned back. And he smiled at me. Lying on the floor. Not a nice dream.

The dream about the parking lot was much better. And all the other dreams.

Today is not a good day. Endorfines can be helpful but I wish they would last longer. I wish a lot these days. I dream. I try to stop myself. The dreams hurt.

It's my birthday in a couple of days. I got an unexpected birthdaypresent from Henrik yesterday! Cluedo! My favourite game! He didn't really want it so when I asked if I could borrow it he just gave it to me. He is a nice person in my book now. So far, all the birthday presents that I got have been great.

Basically Iv'e only got one thing on my mind right now. Can't really stop thinking about it.

When I come to Sweden I am going to have my old mobile phone number, just so you know, all of you who will want to call me. I arrive in Sweden on the twentythird of august. At around two thirty in the afternoon.

Love you too dad.

go shorty

It's soon my birthday. Or, in a month. And I know what I want! A skirt! It's expensive! But very nice! And I will buy it. Yes.

Also I just read the lyrics for Where's me Jumper by The Sultans of Ping. Wierd. But no surprise there.

A surprise, on the other hand, was that both of my parents agreed to chip in on my birthdayskirt. And a text I got today. And also that my nails have grown to surprising lengths for the first time in like... ever, without breaking. It feels weird. And also I have a new bra which is... my size. Not used to that feeling.

To the point: this weekend was wonderful. Really. Amalie is here, and we have been having so much fun. Lots of food and drink and sleep and lazyness and funsies. Goodness. All of it. And some parts where extra super nice.

Today was nice as well, even though it was a monday! Wow! Some people just make your life ... nicer.

My plans and yours

My plan is this: 8.8.8. A number to remember. The eighth of august two thousand and eight, that is. The day when the party happens. Mine and Ida's party. We turn 48 (or we both turn 24, choose for yourself) and we're having a huge party.

Your plans should be this: be there. And bring presents. I want T-shirthell-t-shirts. And a mocha... thingy. To make espresso in. A big fuckoff machine or just the little pot-kind. (I have no idea where I would put the machine though. My room maybe.)

Spent

God. In a city with a million "adult stores", who would have thought that finding a gagball would be this hard? Well, we succeeded at long last.

Birthdaypresents for Johan and Viola has been purchased and given, to general gladness.

The bartenders have both moved on with their lives, I guess.

We were out last night, me, Maria and Olof found a lot of new places and interesting people with long legs and short skirts. I've spent a lot of money today and now I'm tired from spending all that money, and lot's of time, in town. Looks like were going out tonight as well, maybe via some asian restaurant. Who knows. My neck hurts from a lot of headbanging at the damn Bróg last night.

It's summer, a lot of summer. I have summery blues. Sitting on the kitchen floor listening to the Prodigy. ("Keith Flint är en tunnelbana" - Johan) The thing is, I'm actually quite happy. Sometimes I'm really happy. Some people make me really happy. It's just that the same people (read person) that make the most happy are the ones (is the one) who make me sad.

I love living in this house though. I love it.

Nicolai left today. He's going back to Denmark to play poker. I'm really sad to see him go.

Memorable moments last night: wonderful team dinner, "Jesus f'***ing wept!", Viola at ZamZam's and jumping on Johan.
